Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of Ros Roca Group/INDOX discuss cooperation in several spheres

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of Ros Roca Group/INDOX (Spain) discussed issues of mutually beneficial cooperation.
The meeting was held at Tatarstan Government House with participation of Vice-President, General Manager of Ros Roca Group/INDOX Salvador Roca, Deputy PM and Chief of Staff of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, Aide to Tatarstan President Rinat Sabirov, employees of Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services, Ministry of Transport and Roads, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and OJSC “KAMAZ”.
The parties discussed cooperation in such spheres as sorting and collection of solid domestic wastes, use of gas engine fuel for filling public transport, trucks and agricultural machinery.
Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We are very interested in technologies of Ros Roca Group/INDOX.” He mentioned that the project of using gas engine fuel on transport had already been discussed with OAO “Gasprom”.
Representatives of Ros Roca Group/INDOX told Rustam Minnikhanov about company’s activity and projects in the sphere of waste collection and use of condensed gas for filling motor cars. In particular, collection of solid domestic wastes was presented by the example of Barcelona city.
OJSC “KAMAZ” was interested in use of gas engine fuel on transport. Gas engine fuel can be used on trucks and agricultural machinery “New Holland”.
Summing up, Rustam Minnikhanov suggested establishing working groups on a set of issues to study projects in details. Discussion of cooperation with Ros Roca Group/INDOX will be continued in several months.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
