Rustam Minnikhanov participates in opening of bilateral Year of Russia in the Netherlands and the Year of the Netherlands in Russia

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in opening of the Year of Russia in the Netherlands and the Year of the Netherlands in Russia.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands opened the Year of Russia in the Netherlands and the Year of the Netherlands in Russia.
The ceremony was held at Hermitage on the Amstel museum (Amsterdam).
President of Russia and Queen of the Netherlands unveiled a commemorative plaque in honour of the official start of bilateral years.
To the point, the branch of State Hermitage was opened in Dutch capital in 2009 and has become known as one of the most important cultural centres in the Netherlands.
Vladimir Putin and Queen Beatrix looked over the exhibition “Peter the Great, the inspired tsar” that was opened at Hermitage on the Amstel museum in March.
On 12 January, congratulating employees of the prosecutor’s office with their professional holiday - Day of the employee of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation- Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin wrote in his address:
“For more than three centuries the prosecutor's office has been the guardian of state and public security as well as constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens of our country.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatutllin informed that in the current year the Ministry will take part in implementation of five national projects and three state programmes with planned construction and capital overhaul of 172 facilities for the total sum of 17bn rubles.
On 10 January, speaking at a meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the Government House of the republic with all municipality regions taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov informed that it is expected to achieve a comparable growth of produce of 1.5%, including that in food production - at least 2.6% in the agricultural sector.
On 4 January Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, who is the First Deputy Chairman of the Commission of prevention and elimination of emergency situation and ensuring fire safety of the republic, has taken a decision to put into operation the “Buran” (Snow storm) plan in Tatarstan starting from 2 pm on 4 January until the consequences of adverse meteorological events are eliminated by ministries, departments and organizations which ensure the smooth movement of road and rail transport in winter.
