Rustam Minnikhanov participates in session of Russian Governmental Commission on issues of competition and development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship

On April 10 President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov participated in session of Russian Governmental Commission on issues of competition and development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship (Moscow).
To the point, the Governmental Commission on issues of competition and development of small and medium-size entrepreneurship is headed by Deputy Chairman of Russian Government Igor Shuvalov. The commission was founded in July 2012.
Proposals on improving the system of financial support of small and medium-size entrepreneurship were considered at today’s meeting.
One of proposals concerns grants and credits with minimum interest rate that can be provided for businessmen for their business recovery in the case of natural disasters. Participants of the meeting decided to support businessmen in Krymsk.
Besides, the proposal was made to provide subsidies for private kindergartens and pre-school educational institutions for their development.
The issues of guarantee funds and risk insurance for small and medium-size entrepreneurship were discussed as well.
Rustam Minnikhanov told about use of leasing schemes in agriculture and entrepreneurship in Tatarstan.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
