Ildar Khalikov participates in opening of John Deere service centre in Sabinsky region

John Deere specialised service centre opened in Sabinsky region (the Republic of Tatarstan). Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Head of Sabinsky region Rais Minnikhanov, Director General of TerraPro Michael Snow participated in opening ceremony. TerraPro is the official dealer of John Deere service centre.
Ildar Khalikov said that it is the first John Deere specialised service maintenance centre in Tatarstan. He stressed that Tatarstan is one of most developed agricultural regions in Russia. Agricultural development has always been a strategic priority of economic and social policy in republic. 10 per cent of republican budget is allocated for supporting agricultural sector.
Head of Tatarstan Government wished good luck to everyone who will work at the service centre. Head of Sabinsky region Rais Minnikhanov said that John Deere had shown itself to advantage in republic. John Deere machinery is widely used in Sabinsky region as well.
Director General of TerraPro Michael Snow told about the company, its mission and development. He said that 13 service centers were opened in Russia, 15 mln US dollars were invested in projects. John Deere plants are located in Domodedovo and Orenburg.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
