Rustam Minnikhanov detours objects under construction in Kazan

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov inspected construction of embankment of the Kazanka River and football stadium “Kazan-Arena”. He was accompanied by Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services Irek Faizullin.
The detour started from embankment of the Kazanka River near the Kazan Kremlin. Construction and improvement works are underway. Rustam Minnikhanov also visited the construction site of road junction near the Lenin Dam.
Near the Aquatics Palace Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov presented variants of site improvement.
Later on the same day Rustam Minnikhanov went to the football stadium “Kazan-Arena” under construction. Rustam Minnikhanov and Ildar Khalikov met with heads of municipal regions. President of Tatarstan inspected land improvement works and looked over inner premises. Rustam Minnikhanov also held a brief meeting with heads of municipalities at a conference hall. He thanked heads of municipalities and their teams for active participation in construction.
Rustam Minnikhanov called builders for speeding up construction work.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
