Martin Kuba: Visit of Tatarstan delegation to Czech Republic will be useful and successful

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met with Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Martin Kuba in Prague. The meeting was held within the framework of the working visit of Rustam Minnikhanov to Czech Republic (April 14-16, 2013).
Martin Kuba said that such a representative business delegation led by Rustam Minnikhanov provides a wonderful opportunity to discuss further plans on developing joint projects, increasing business opportunities for Tatarstan and Czech entrepreneurs.
Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Martin Kuba reminded that the 8th plenary session of Intergovernmental commission for economic, industrial, scientific-technical cooperation between Russia and Czech Republic was held in Kazan on November 28, 2012.
Martin Kuba continued that direct economic cooperation is today maintained with those Russian regions where joint projects are being implemented.
Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Czech colleagues for warm reception and noted that a big business delegation consisting of 40 people is staying in Czech Republic.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
