7,6 thousand requests sent to electronic resource “Public control”

The state information system “Public control” started functioning in Kazan in April 2012. The system enables citizens to interact with republican and municipal authorities in new format. 7,6 thousand requests have been received from Tatarstan citizens for this period of time.
Such information was presented by Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov at press conference at Tatarstan Government House.
“Public control” provides independent monitoring. You can see estimates given to republican municipalities and agencies for this year of work on the website of state and municipal services (https://uslugi.tatar.ru/open-gov/rating/organization).
Roman Shaikhutdinov explained: “The system enables other users to support requests, thus the importance of raised problem increases.”
Most complaints are received by the following categories: “Site improvement”, “Condition of roads”, “Organisation of traffic”. Due to citizen’s requests one thousand problems connected with site improvement have been solved.
To the point, to work in “Public control” system one needs to register a personal account on the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru and leave a request. Besides, you can attach a photo, mark a place on the map, and track your request.
On 10 March, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national Max messenger in Tatarstan and held in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communication of the republic Ilya Nachvin informed that according to the data of March 2026 about 1.5m residents of Tatarstan use domestic Max messenger.
On 5 February Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin took part in ceremony of awarding winners of the regional competition “The Woman of the Year. The Man of the Year: A Woman’s View” held at the Korston Leisure and Recreation Center in Kazan.
On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
On 2 March in her address on the occasion of the Mentor’s Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: “Since 2025 this holiday established by Russian President Vladimir Putin has occupied a worthy place in the calendar of significant dates of our country, emphasizing the high status and significance of the mentoring mission.
