Rustam Minnikhanov: “Festival “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk” is our pride”

At gala concert of the festival “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk” Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the festival unites whole republic and demonstrates creative potential of Tatarstan youth.
Open republican youth festival “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk” was held for the 13th time. Selection rounds were held in republican regions in February and March. 4500 talented children from Tatarstan were invited to the final round in Kazan.
By the decision of the jury comprised of leading art and cultural workers 100 children aged 5-21 became winners of I-II-III awards and special prizes. Food, accommodation, cultural and entertainment programme were provided for participants of super final. Teachers and tutors could attend training seminar.
Most striking performances were shown at KRK “Piramida” on April 25. All winners received prizes and money rewards from Tatarstan Government. First place winners will be receiving special state scholarship of Tatarstan President. Grand prix winners will study at Russian University of Theatre Art.
“Festival “Sozvezdie-Yoldyzlyk” is our pride. There is no similar project in Russia. I am glad and proud of our talents,” Rustam Minnikhanov said. He also thanked people who organized the festival, teachers and parents.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
