Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov lays flowers at Arsk cemetery

A solemn flower-laying ceremony was held today at Arsk cemetery. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Yury Kamaltynov, Deputy Prime Minister - Chief of Staff of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers Shamil Gafarov, Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan – Head of Department for Internal Policies of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Terentiev, Head of Kazan Executive Committee Aleksey Pesoshin, veterans of Great Patriotic War, two heroes of the Soviet Union Sabir Akhtyamov and Boris Kuznetsov took part in the ceremony.
Participants of the event honoured the memory of the fallen. Members of Tatarstan Government and veterans laid flowers to monuments of the fallen soldiers, Hero of the Soviet Union, honoured citizen of Kazan, legendary pilot Mikhail Devyataev, and former Chairman of Executive Committee of Kazan City Council of People's Deputies, war veteran Aleksandr Bondarenko.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
