The construction of the hotel for 151 rooms for 300 guests started in spring of 2015. The hotel will have a SPA salon, gym, swimming-pool, tennis court, park area, basketball and playground areas, jogging track, and underground parking for 220 cars. At the moment the construction is completed by 35 per cent. The facility commissioning is planned for July 2017.
