On April 22, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Presidential Envoy of the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, President of Haier Corporation Liang Hayshan, Mayor of Naberezhney Chelny Nail Magdeev, representatives of regional ministers and departments took part in a solemn opening of the Haier plant for the production of refrigeration equipment at the Master Kama industrial park in Naberezhnye Chelny.
