Prime Minister of Tatarstan opens Algoritm technological lyceum in the Pestrechinsky region of the republic

On September 1, Prime Minister of Tatarstan Aleksey Pesoshin opened a new lyceum "Algoritm" in the village of Kuyuki in the Pestrechinsky region of the republic. First graders and the leadership of the republic took part in the school assemby, at which the Prime Minister of Tatarstan congratulated everyone on the Day of Knowledge and the opening of the new educational facility.

Speaking at the event, he said that more than 460 thousand students, 55 thousand of which are first graders, will go to school on the 1st of September. As part of the overhaul programme, 45 educational facilities were repaired by the new academic year. Seven new schools are opening in Tatarstan today, he went on to say.

The Prime Minister of the republic stressed that the requirements for modern schools are increasing every year, and the new school "Algoritm" is provided with all the necessary equipment and facilities.
