In 2011 planned volumes of house building in RT can make 2, 843 million m².

For 7 months of 2008 1,328 million m² of houses or 61, 3 % of yearly plan have been built in RT. On the whole, Republic plans to put into exploitation 2 million 165 thousand m² of houses, one third of which - 709 000 m² will be houses of republic social mortgage program.
The Head of Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Husnullin told about it today at the meeting of ministry board.
The meeting was held in RT Cabinet as videoconference communication.
RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, the Head of RT president apparatus Uriy Kamaltinov, RT state council deputy Marat Galeev, the Heads of administrations of municipal districts, the heads of building companies participated in the event.
According to the Minister of RT Construction, Architecture and Housing Marat Husnullin on the whole in Russia to 2015 year it’s planned to be on the level of house building at 1 m² per person. In tatarstan the growth of house building is planned. For this we need a complex balanced building program in Republic.
In 2008 it’s planned to put into exploitation 2,165 million m² of houses, in 2009 - 2, 370 million m², in 2010 – 2596 million m² , in 2011 - 2843 million m². Almost half of this volume will be located in republic capital. In 2008 it’s planned to build 900 000 m², in 2009 – 985 000 m², in 2010 – 1079 million m², in 2011 – 1181 million m².
As for realization in RT of the program “Available and comfortable accommodation to Russian citizens”, Republic actively participates in the scheme of state support for great house building investment projects. According to Marat Husnullin words Republic has the signed agreement for 3 years for compensation from federal budget of expenses to building companies to pay the credit interest rate that is attracted for building of engineer networks (15 projects with total area 2.82 000 hectares and planned house building - 8,62 million m² up to 11 million m² ).
Marat Husnullin noted that on the whole RT takes the 4th place for house building among Russian regions, yielding to Moscow, Moscow area and Krasnodar Territory.
On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
