At today’s briefing at Tatarstan Government House Commissioner for Children´s Rights Guzel Udachina said that 3,5 thousand families are currently at social risk. The briefing was dedicated to celebration of Children's Day in republic.
According to Guzel Udachina, as of January 1, 2012, 82-84 per cent of 12121 children are social orphans. Main reason of social orphanhood is deprivation of paternal rights as the result of improper execution of parents’ duties.

Guzel Udachina told about the project “Video passport” that has been realised since 2011 by initiative of Timur Kizyakov, presenter of the programme “Poka vse doma”.
