Rustam Minnikhanov meets with members of Tatar community in Orenburg region

On May 29 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov met with members of Tatar community in Orenburg region at administration of Sharlyksky region.
Governor of the region Yuri Berg said that Orenburg region is multinational with representatives of 126 nations living on its territory, of which 150 thousand are Tatars.
Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, thanked Yuri Berg for supporting many joint projects and good attitude to Tatars living in the region. He also told about social programmes being implemented in Tatarstan, including the online programme for learning the Tatar language “Ana tele”.
Members of Tatar community suggested holding federal Sabantui in Tatar Kargala village in 2015. Rustam Minnikhanov supported the idea and promised to help with providing fiction in Tatar language for Tatar community of Orenburg region.
After the meeting with Tatar community Rustam Minnikhanov had a conversation with Governor of the region Yuri Berg.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
