In connection with tragic events in South Ossetia Tatarstan Cabinet accepted the order from 14.08.2008 №1319-р. According to it organization of activity on humanitarian aid for people who suffered from war actions is laid for Commission of prevention and liquidation of emergency situations and fire safety in the Republic of Tatarstan. The Chairman of commission is first Deputy Prime Minister R.F. Muratov.

Ministries, departments, enterprises, organizations, local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan were recommended to take part in humanitarian aid for people who suffered from war actions in South Ossetia. The list of material means for it is attached below (material means should be new with certificate of conformity.
