Today RT first Deputy Prime Minister Boris Pavlov participated in plenary session “Nanotechnologies” within international conference of Academy of sciences of Islamic world and Tatarstan Academy of sciences “Science, technologies, innovations for stable development of Islamic world».
The following reports were presented at session:
Corresponding member of RAN (Russian Academy of Sciences) and honorary member of Tatarstan Academy of sciences (AN RT), member of Islamic Acedemy of Sciences Hadjiev S.N. – “Nanotechnologies for stable development of oil refinery and oil chemistry”; Academician of RAN and AN RT Valiev K.A. - “Quantum informatics – new perspectives”; Academician of AN RT, Corresponding member of RAN Salikhov K.M. – “Potential opportunities of electronic spins in modern technologies” and other members of Islamic Academy of Sciences. Also Russian academicians, politicians, scientists, investigators, officials of Academy of Sciences from other countries also presented at the session.
Foreign officials of Islamic scientific world were interested in report of Boris Pavlov “Development of nanoindustry in Tatarstan”. In his speech he paid attention to that fact that Tatarstan is situated in the center of Russia where high intellectual, scientific-industrial, productive potential is concentrated. That’s why it’s possible to realize projects in nanoindustry sphere effectively. Institutes of higher education, research institutes (NII) and enterprises of Tatarstan take part in work on creation and adoption of nanotechnologies and new nanomaterials in industrial production.
Complex project “Development of nanoindustry in Tatarstan” was created to attract financing for development of nanotechnologies and its industrial usage, for consolidation of scientific and laboratory-research centers, new research institutes and creation of a single nanoinformation space.
Realization of this project will help in further development of Tatarstan economy and realization of the main tasks in development of nanoindustry that were set by Tatarstan President and Russian Government.
More frequently asked questions were: cooperation of republic with foreign partners in the sphere of nanoindustry development, finance investments into realization of this project, in which spheres will the first industrial projects be used.
In conclusion Boris Pavlov invited the participants of scientific and business groups for further long-term cooperation that will allow introducing of new scientific projects, improving of domestic production, providing of competitive ability of Tatarstan production.

On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
