The housing construction plan in Tatarstan has been fulfilled by 29 per cent with 797 thousand square meters completed

Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin has said that the 2022housing construction plan has been fulfilled by 29% with 797 thousand square meters of housing completed.

The Minister also reported about implementation of regional programmes of building social and cultural facilities, of national projects and providing accommodation for separate categories of residents and the progress in housing construction.

He said that private housing projects make more than a half of 797 square meters of completed houses of 34% of the planned.

The plans of commissioning social mortgage multi-apartment houses have been fulfilled by 49% and 39 houses have been commissioned by the plans of commercial housing construction, he added.

Ayzatullin also reported that 19 out of 22 families with many children have already received housing certificates and 170 out of 841 people have been moved to new accommodation from dilapidated houses.
