Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Rustam Nigmatullin, Deputy Director of the Fund “The Institute of development of cities in Tatarstan” Venera Kamalova told about implementation of the “Our Yard” programme in the republic.
She said that the list and schemes of the yards to be improved in Kazan, Almetyevsk, Yelabuga, Zainsk and Zelenodolk regions have already been submitted by municipalities. In total the numbers of yards to be improved increased by 45 in Kazan, by 38 in Naberezhnyye Chelny, by 24 in Almetyevsk region, by 21 in Zainsk and by 15 in Yelabuga regions, she reported.
Kamalova asked heads of municipalities to be more active and attentive in preparing to implementation of the programme as there are such typical mistakes in the submitted documents as exceeding of the defined financial limitations, absence of necessary parameters such as the size of children’s or sports playgrounds, the width of passages and sidewalks which hampers the beginning of work.
She also reminded that 5 days prior to presentation of the improvement schemes in it necessary to inform the maximum number of the residents so that they can directly take part in public discussions.
