Tatarstan Ministry of Construction: It is planned to make capital overhaul of 760 multi-apartment houses in Tatarstan

Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, regional First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Aleksey Frolov reported about preparation work to implementation of regional programme events and the capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses and the social and cultural facilities.

Frolov said that the capital overhaul started at two cultural facilities and two children’s summer recreation camps. Speaking about other social and cultural buildings, he reported that 41 per cent of the work in healthcare facilities, 15 per cent of the overhaul of the municipal archives and 23 per cent of works in stationary social service facilities have been completed. He said that the capital overhaul of the regional executive committees, teenagers’ clubs, directorates of agriculture and veterinary is also under way.

Frolov said that the cost of programme of the capital overhaul of 760 multi-apartment houses is 6bn 430m roubles and contracts for the work on 135 houses have already been signed.

Giving special emphasis to utility payments, Frolov said that the total amount of payment debts is 8bn 661m roubles as of February 2022.
