Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic with participation of the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Director of the Fund of the Institute of Development of Tatarstan Cities Venera Kamalova has informed that, according to 2022 plan, road work within the Our Yard programme has started in 83 yards and will begin in 390 more yards by the middle of May.
Speaking about the procedure of approving the final yard improvement schemes, Kamalova said that the final projects solutions have not been approved yet in three municipalities, namely, Kukmor, Yelabuga and Nizhnekamsk.
In addition, the commission has begun round tours of yards included into the 2022 plan and reminded that it is very important that the territories should be prepared for improvement work in advance including removal of old equipment at children’s playgrounds.
Kamalova also attracted attention of participants of the meeting to the fact that during the work it is mandatory to provide safety of yards for residents of the houses including passage to entrances, sidewalks and so on.
She informed that starting from 15 April the number of appeals from residents related to the programme has multiplied and reached 700. She added that it was very important to give timely response to these appeals while three municipalities, namely Kazan, Almetyevsk and Zelenodosk fail to meet deadlines.
