As many as 1m 116 thousand square meters of housing or 40.5 per cent from the yearly plan have been commissioned in Tatarstan

Speaking at the videoconference in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic, regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported that the fulfillment of the 2022 construction plan in the republic was 40.5 per cent with 1m116 thousand square meters of housing already commissioned.

He said that 100 thousand square meters of social mortgage housing, which makes 66 per cent of the yearly plan, have already been commissioned and 5 554 individual houses, or 45 per cent of the planned, have been constructed.

Speaking in detail about implementation of National projects in the region, Ayzatullin said that 105 facilities in total will be reconstructed or undergo capital overhaul, including 37 facilities to be improved and built by the largest National project of “Housing and Urban Environment”.

He also informed that 68 615 residents of the republic have already voted for the choice of public spaces to be improved in 2023.

It is planned to carry out rehabilitation of sludge pits within the Ecology national project of “Enhancement of the Volga”, where 8 per cent of work has already been completed, and continue reconstruction of biological sewage treatment plants in Kazan with 31 per cent of the work done, as well as the 36 per cent of the work on reclamation of the Samosyrovo landfill in Kazan by the Clean Country federal project, the Minister said

As many as 29 rural paramedic-midwife stations will be built and 20 central regional hospitals will be overhauled and reconstructed by the Healthcare national project in 2022 and one kindergarten will be built on Kazan by the Demography national project, he added.

In addition to 44 regional programmes and national projects it is necessary to complete 6 state programmes with the largest programme events stated in the programme of Development of education, 66 of them being capital overhaul of public schools.

The construction of the Russian Drama Theatre “Artisans” to be built in Naberezhnyye Chelny and included into the state programme of Development of Culture and Tourism has been completed by 64 per cent as of today, the Minister said.

Speaking about comprehensive development of rural territories, Ayzatullin said that 5 engineering network facilities will undergo modernization, 3 educational facilities and one community center will be built and surface infrastructure development will be carried out at 7 future housing construction sites.

Important work in to be done in bank stabilization of Kuybyshev Reservoir in the current April and in overhaul of 14 hydraulic engineering structures in water bodies of the republic, he said..

Reporting about labour safety measures, the Minister said that since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service has carried out 417 construction site surveys, imposing 330 thousand roubles of fines in 6 cases.
