Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in plenary session of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in events held within the framework of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on June 20-22. About 5000 guests came to the forum from all over the world.

This year’s motto is “Finding Resolve to Build the New Global Economy”. Main topics to be discussed are “The Global Growth Agenda”, “Russia’s New Horizons”, “New Catalysts for Change”.

In the morning Tatarstan delegation took part in a panel session “Innovative approach to formation of new Russian economy”.

Later on, the Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered his speech at a plenary session “The global growth agenda” (Congress Hall).

Rustam Minnikhanov is accompanied by Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Director General of OJSC “KAMAZ” Sergei Kokogin, Aide to Tatarstan President on economic issues Airat Khairullin, Aide to Tatarstan President on foreign economic activity Radik Gimatdinov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Lenar Yakupov, Director General of “Ak Bars” holding Ivan Egorov.
