RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov opened new schools in Drozhzhanovsky district

A significant event happened today, on Knowledge Day in Drozhzhanovsky district. 2 new schools were opened. They have been constructed during 1 year.
RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov, Head of Drozhzhanovsky municipal district Timur Nagumanov, RT Minister of Transport and Road Construction Ildus Faskhutdinov, Deputy of RF State Duma Rinat Gubaidullin and other official persons took part in celebrated opening of schools that were constructed instead of old ones.
In “Chuvashskoe Drozhzhanoe” settlement Rustam Minnikhanov participated in opening of secondary school. According to his words, last year by order of RT President the decision was made to construct new schools not to repair the old ones.
41% of citizens in Drozhzhanovsky district are Chuvash, therefore, the event is rather actual. 167 children came to new school instead of 162.
According to the Head of Educational department of Drozhzhanovsky municipal district Robert Zakirov, students of primary school learn all subjects in native Chuvash language, after 5th form - in Russian. By the way, students don’t forget native language because they study Chuvash language and literature.
69 million RUR were allocated from republic budget for construction of new school. “Stroyservis” Ltd. was the general contractor, “Tatagropromproekt” JSC – general designer. Additional section of kinder garden for 20 children is located on the first floor.
Timur Nagumanov thanked republic management for construction of schools. “Less than 1 year ago the decision was made to construct new schools, republic management has made a lot for this period. Future academicians, scientists, agricultural workers and simply good people will study in this school”, - he announced.
Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that today Drozhzhanovsky district celebrate “double” holiday. “For any settlement school is object # 1, the main treasure of any country is people, their intellectual level. I’m sure that such school will fulfil itself. Children of Drozhzhanovsky district will be as competitive as children in any city, will get modern education and will find their profession.”, - RT Prime Minister pointed out.
Moreover, he thanked the builders and presented them with awards. The Director of school was presented with certificate for buying new computer class.
While observing the school Rustam Minnikhanov appreciated the equipment of classes, computer class, gym.
The second school is situated in regional center - settlement “Staroe Drozhzhanoe”. 2-storied school for 480 students was opened for 550 students. 165 million RUR were allocated from republic budget for construction of this school. “RAFF+” JSC was the general contractor, “Tatselhozhimproekt” JSC PK – general designer.
Today 15 schools are being opened in Tatarstan. 2 more comprehensive schools will be opened till the end of 2008.
On 9 June upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin.
In Kazan Sergey Lavrov will take part in a meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of State-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
