Rustam Minnikhanov: Second building of Korston hotel & mall is one of most quickly built objects

On July 4 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of the second building of Korston hotel & mall. The event took place in Extra Launge restaurant on the 25th floor of a new building with participation of employees of ministries and agencies, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, President of Korston group Anatoly Kuznetsov, Director General of OOO “Korston-Kazan” Rais Mubarakzyanov.

Construction of the second building started in March 2012. A modern business centre with A- class offices, a congress hall with 8 halls for 50-150 people, 213 4-star hotel rooms and a panoramic restaurant for 200 people will be located in the new building. Total amount of funding made 45 mln US dollars.

Addressing the audience, President of Korston group Anatoly Kuznetsov thanked Tatarstan leadership for vested confidence.

Rustam Minnikhanov, in his turn, added that second building of Korston hotel & mall was one of most quickly built objects. He reminded that for 6 years Korston has worked in Kazan for the benefit of Tatarstan capital, and many international events were held there. Tatarstan President emphasized that Universiade headquarters is located in Korston.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Korston team, designers and builders for successful implementation of the project. He also presented letters of gratitude to President of Korston group Anatoly Kuznetsov and Director General of OOO “Korston-Kazan” Rais Mubarakzyanov.
