Roman Shaykhutdinov hands in diplomas to graduates and welcomes the first-year students of Innopolis University
On September 3, at Innopolis University, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaykhutdinov together with the University Director Kirill Semenikhin, Mayor of Innopolis Ruslan Shagaleev and other officials took part in the Matriculation Ceremony and Graduation Party event with handing in diplomas to graduates of IT-university and honoring the first-year students.
In 2022, as many as 157 students graduated from Innopolis University, including 22 with red diplomas. For the first time, 9 postgraduate students graduated from the university.
Many graduates of this year have already received an invitation to work in leading Russian IT companies (X5 Retail Group, ICL, S7, Diginavis, Ozon, Tinkoff, Sberbank, Yandex), some of the students stayed to work at their university, and someone launched a successful startup .
Traditionally, graduation at Innopolis University takes place on the same day as the initiation into first-year students. This year, 431 people became students of the university (294 bachelors, 106 masters and 31 graduate students), and today more than 1,000 students are studying here in total.
