Address of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023
On October 20, at the Saydashev State Big Concert Hall, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov read the Address to the State Council of the republic, which was devoted to the internal and external situation of the republic.
In connection with the high social significance, a live television and radio broadcast of the 35th meeting of the State Council was organized. An online broadcast of the meeting was available at the official website of the State Council and on the social network VKontakte.
The Address touched upon the main spheres of life of Tatarstan. Rustam Minnikhanov gave a detailed analysis of the socio-economic situation of the republic, defined strategic tasks for the development of Tatarstan
The State Counselor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, members of the Government of the republic, senators of the Russian Federation and people’s deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly, heads of judicial bodies, territorial government bodies of the Russian Federation for Tatarstan, auditors of the Accounting Chamber of the republic, heads of municipalities, heads of large enterprises and budget institutions, universities, representatives of the scientific community, religious faiths, leaders of political parties and public associations, veterans, heads of diplomatic missions of foreign states, accredited in Kazan took part in the meeting.
