Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov is on a working visit in Barcelona

On July 25 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov arrived in Barcelona to visit sports venues being used within the framework of 15th FINA World Championship, and study international experience in holding such competitions.
FINA World Championship is being held in Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia province, on July 19- August 4. 2500 sportsmen are taking part in competitions.
520 mln people all over the world are watching FINA World Championship. This year High Diving was included in the programme for the first time in the history of world FINA championships.
Today’s evening Ildar Khalikov is going to visit Palau Sant Jordi Palace in Barcelona, and the exposition “Kazan 2015".
Tatarstan Prime Minister will also visit water polo, synchronous swimming, platform diving competitions, learn about administration, access and security systems at sports venues.
Ildar Khalikov is accompanied by heads of Tatarstan ministries, specialists of autonomous non-profit organisation “Executive Office of the 27th World Summer Universiade 2013 in Kazan”.
Tatarstan Prime Minister’s working visit will last till July 28.
On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.
On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
On 5 December, congratulating volunteers with the International Volunteers Day, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Leyla Fazleeva wrote in her address: “
Your boundless kindness, sincere desire to help others and active civic position deserve special recognition and deep gratitude. There are over 5,000 volunteer associations operating successfully in Tatarstan, with a total membership of over 220,000 caring people of all ages and professions. Every year the contribution of volunteers into public life of the republic becomes more noticeable.
On 4 December Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Shamil Gafarov, who is the Chief of Staff of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, took part in a strategic session on the establishment of an inter-university campus in the republic being held at the Kazan Aircraft University on 4-6 December with participation of more than 100 people and more than 40 experts in politics, economy, science, education and industry from all over Russia.
