Tatarstan President: We expect new victories from KAMAZ-Master

On July 26 at a solemn event dated to 25 years of the most successful Tatarstan racing team KAMAZ-Master Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the team greatly contributed to making the republic internationally renown.
Celebrations took place in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Rustam Minnikhanov visited the museum and saw new awards won by KAMAZ-Master team at Silk Way and Africa Race rallies this year. The first racing car constructed in 1994, cars-winners of Dakar rally and the new vehicle to be presented at Dakar-2014 were shown to Rustam Minnikhanov.
Rustam Minnikhanov also visited workshops and took part in anniversary celebrations. Tatarstan President said that he was always glad to meet the team.
Tatarstan President thanked KAMAZ executives, - Nikolay Bekh, Ivan Kostin and Sergey Kogogin for supporting the team for 25 years.
Rustam Minnikhanov continued that the whole republic, all KAMAZ employees, all patriots of our country keep watching over KAMAZ-Master achievements. “You took part in Dakar Rally 22 times, and became winners 11 times. Now you are taking part in other rallies and always win,” Tatarstan President said.

On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
