On 31 January, speaking at a regular meeting of the Tatneftekhiminvest Holding Board held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Director General of the holding Rafinat Yarullin reported about results of work of oil, gas and chemical enterprises of the republic in 2022.
Having told about decreasing oil, motor fuel and chemicals prices in the second half of 2022, Rafiant Yarullin said that the basic oil, gas and chemistry complex enterprises of the republic increased their production volumes by 1.8 per cent due to growth of oil production, manufacture of petrochemical products, fertilizers and polyolefin. The companies’ revenues grew compared to the previous year which resulted in increase of their assignments to consolidated budget of the republic by 40 per cent, making up to 121bn rubles, he told.
He informed that in 2022 the enterprises of oil, gas and chemistry complex of Tatarstan completed a number of investment projects, such as the testing aromatics production by TANEKO Company, production of plastic goods by the Tatplastic Company and others.
Rafinat Yarullin also told about import replacement of chemical, rubber and plastic goods and gave examples of development of testing industrial infrastructure in other countries and regions.
The meeting also listened to reports in such spheres as hydrogen production at a nuclear power engineering plant, innovative production of LNG as well as organizing production of electric appliances and micro processing technique for energy consumers.
