Rustam Minnikhanov and Sergei Donskoi visit “Phonika Gips” plant

On August 9 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Russian Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Sergei Donskoi visited new plant OOO “Phonika Gips” producing construction and finishing materials in Kamsko-Ustinsky region (Tatarstan).
The plant was opened in June 2013. The volume of investment made 5 bln rubles, production capacity – 120 thousand tonnes of dry building mixes and 15 mln m ² of gypsum plasterboard per year.
Sergei Donskoi and Rustam Minnikhanov looked over production lines, storage premises, energy centre and went down to the gypsum quarry.
Sergei Donskoi asked about quality of produced gypsum while visiting the laboratory. Specialists say that it is one of the most high-quality gypsum in Russia.

On 20 December, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and House Utilities Sector of the republic Damir Shaydullin informed that huge work in capital overhaul of 713 social and cultural facilities have been completed in the republic with the total cost of work of 15bn rubles.

On 15 December, speaking at a meeting of the competition committee of the regional public competition “The Manager of the Year” about its results in 2025, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the list of 155 participants (nominees), who are heads of enterprises and organizations from various industries and sectors of the economy, for the competition was formed based on recommendations from regional ministries and departments, city and district municipalities, employers' associations and the Federation of Trade Unions of the republic.

On 6 December speaking at a regional meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about progress in implementation of the of multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme.
