More than 1.3 mln square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On August 10 at a meeting at Tatarstan Government House Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin reported that more than 1.3 mln square meters of housing (56.9 percent of the year plan) were commissioned in Tatarstan.
The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in video conference format with participation of all municipalities.
Tatarstan First Deputy Prime Minister Ravil Muratov took part in the meeting.
Six Tatarstan municipalities (Apastovsky, Laishevsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Sarmanovsky, Tukaevsky regions) completely fulfilled the year plan on housing commissioning. 10 municipalities implemented more than 80 per cent of the year plan.
As of August 9, 65 of 133 houses, which makes 55 per cent of the plan, have been commissioned under the social mortgage programme.
Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy asked those municipalities that are behind the plan to speed up construction process.
According to Irek Faizullin, State Construction Supervision and Inspection Service has some remarks regarding the houses in Bugulminsky and Mendeleevsky regions.
41 of 115 objects have been commissioned under multi-apartment housing investment programme.
Speaking of the programme on liquidation of dilapidated housing 2013, the Minister reported that the project was prepared and next week it will be submitted for signing.
Speaking about the programme on construction of corporate housing for police commissioners it was reported that 12 regions have not yet started implementation of the programme. By and large, 82 houses are to be built for police commissioners in 39 municipal regions.
Reporting about the programme “Rural clubs”, Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy said that 21 objects are in high degree of readiness. Objects in Arsky, Laishevsky and Pestrechinsky regions have been commissioned. Irek Faizullin asked to speed up construction work in regions that are behind the plan.
He reminded that all objects must be built and commissioned until August 30 under the programme 2013.
During the meeting Irek Faizullin also reported on construction of sport grounds in municipal regions.
According to the Minister, 151 sport grounds are under construction. Total amount of funding makes 300 mln roubles. 43 municipalities signed necessary agreements and 16 municipal regions started construction.
Summing up, Rustam Minnikhanov said that all construction works must be finished within the construction season and asked those municipalities that are behind the plan to control the execution of works daily.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects.
