As many as 91,424 people participate in online voting on selection of public areas planned for improvement in Tatarstan in 2024

On 22 April, speaking at a video conference held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic in the Government House of the republic, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin said that 91 424 people voted in the online voting for choosing public territories to be improved in 2024.

He reminded that the All-Russia online voting within the implementation of the federal project of “Development of Comfortable Urban Environment” started on 15 April and will finish on 31 May in the current year and residents of the republic can express their opinion on the Public and Municipal Services Portal of the republic and in the “Tatarstan Services” mobile app.

On 19 November at a briefing held in the Government House of Tatarstan representatives of Kazan Federal University informed journalists about celebrations of the 220th birthday of University, which was on 17 November when the staff got congratulatory letters from Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Rais of the republic Rustam Minnikhanov, and promising spheres of the university development.

Regional project for schoolchildren – “Physics and Mathematics Breakthrough” to be presented in Innopolis

On November 23–24, Innopolis University will host the IT festival for schoolchildren and students “Formula of the Future” with master classes and panel discussions on careers in startups, big tech and science, educational lectures on the exact sciences, artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, optical phenomena and space, and a job fair. The event will also include “Physics and Mathematics Breakthrough” – the first in a series of festivals of the regional project of the same name for schoolchildren of 7-11 grades with lectures, interactive stations and math puzzles.
