Capital repair of multi-apartment houses fulfilled by 94 per cent

On August 17 at a regional meeting held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in Kazan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Irek Faizullin said that as of August 15 capital repair of multi-apartment houses was fulfilled by 94 per cent.
The programme is to be completed by September 10. By and large, 12169 multi-apartment houses were registered in the republic.
It was stated that 167 schools will be repaired in 2013. The task was to complete repair works by August 20, however works at some objects are behind the schedule.
Head of Tatarstan Ministry of Construction reported on preparation for heating season in the republic saying that 12498 houses were to be prepared for the season.
Irek Faizullin said that debts to the gas supplier were being paid in accordance with the schedule.
Rustam Minnikhanov asked Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov to meet with heads of companies that have debts for consumed gas and work out the debt repayment schedule before heating season. He continued that work on developing programmes for 2014 and estimate documentation should be started.
Tatarstan President also noted that construction of multi-functional centres for rendering state and municipal services should be completed in 2013.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
