Ildar Khalikov visits contest of professional skills of Tatneft young employees

On August 17 a traditional annual contest of professional skills of young employees of Tatneft production group was held in Almetyevsk (Tatarstan).
To the point, the first contest of professional skills was held in 1970 at Oil and Gas Production Department (NGDU) “Almetyevneft” and was dated to the 100th anniversary of Vladimir Lenin.
The latest history of professional contests started in 2001, when a nomination "Best young worker in the industry" was introduced in the traditional professional skills contest. Tatneft young employees under the age of 33 have started competing in the contest since 2003.
This year the annual contest was dated to the 70th anniversary of commercial development of Tatarstan oil field.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov presented state awards to employees of Tatneft group, who made a significant contribution to development of the oil industry.
The cup won by the company’s team at the world championship under the aegis of the Labour Sports International Confederation was presented to Tatneft General Director Shafagat Takhautdinov.
As a result of the contest, the team of NGDU "Elkhovneft" won the challenge cup and the honourable first place in the team event, the team of NGDU "Almetyevneft" took the second place, and the team of NGDU "Yamashneft" was ranked third.
Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, OAO “Tatneft” Director General Shafagat Takhautdinov, Head of Almetyevsk municipal region Mazit Salikhov, Russian State Duma member Rishat Abubakirov, members of the company’s Board and top managers, heads of structural divisions and subsidiaries, and veterans of the oil industry took part in the opening ceremony.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
