Ildar Khalikov: "Today Bugulma is a successful and comfortable town"

On August 25 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Tatneft Director General Shafagat Takhautdinov, former Aide to Russian Minister of Defence, Colonel General, honourable citizen of Bugulma Vyacheslav Meleshko, members of Russian State Duma, State Council and other officials took part in 232-year anniversary of Bugulma town.
The guests looked around exhibitions of local artists, enterprises, organisations and institutions.
Ildar Khalikov congratulated Bugulma citizens on the holiday on behalf of Tatarstan President, Chairman of State Council and Tatarstan Government.
Tatarstan Prime Minister thanked Tatneft management and personally company’s Director General Shafagat Takhautdinov for considerable contribution to Bugulma regional economy.
Ildar Khalikov continued that successful development of new oil fields favours increase of volumes and efficiency of oil production, strengthening of domestic economy, increase of energy safety, and growth of citizens’ prosperity.
According to Prime Minister’s words, OOO “TNG-group” is the largest high-tech and competitive oil exploration company in Russia. He wished company’s employees further successful activity and prosperity.
Later on, Ildar Khalikov presented state federal and regional awards to honoured workers of Bugulma town.
OAO Tatneft Director General Shafagat Takhautdinov noted considerable contribution of Bugulma geophysicists to development of oil production in Tatarstan.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
