Rustam Minnikhanov holds board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”

On August 29 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov held a board session of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”.
Director of the Analysis Department of OAO “Siberian research and analysis centre” (Tyumen) Larisa Nechiporuk made report on implementation of the project “Yamal-Povolzhie” in 2013 – 2030.
To the point, construction of “Yamal-Povolzhie” pipeline was offered by Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, and the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area leaders in September 2012.
Some experts of Russian Ministry of Energy suppose that the project implementation can be difficult because of absence of necessary reserves of raw materials and technical obstacles.
Larisa Nechiporuk informed that the analysis of raw materials base was carried out in accordance with the order of the Department of Natural Resources Management of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area. Five zones were marked out in accordance with existing infrastructure.
President of Tatarstan Academy of Sciences, Director General of OAO “VNIIUS” Akhmet Mazgarov told about latest achievements in the sphere of desulfurization of hydrocarbons.
Head of the Laboratory of N.S.Kurnakov Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry Vladimir Abramov presented modern ultrasound-based technological processes.
Rustam Minnikhanov asked specialists to consider an opportunity of using these technologies in health care industry.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
