Prospects of the project “Electronic health care in the Republic of Tatarstan” presented to Rustam Minnikhanov

On August 30 Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov presented prospects of the information system “Electronic health care in the Republic of Tatarstan” to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov in a conference hall of ne children’s polyclinic in Kazan.
The project “Electronic health care in the Republic of Tatarstan” is very important for Tatarstan, it will unite all citizens of the republic.
The information system will enable keeping the patient’s card in electronic format, making appointment online, keeping and transfer of results of medical examinations and making distant patient monitoring.
Roman Shaikhutdinov noted that the system also provides an access to patient’s electronic cards from all working places of doctors registered in the system. In the nearest future citizens of all municipalities will be able to make electronic appointment. 360 infomats and 315 terminals of electronic queue will be installed for providing these services. Moreover, the system will be integrated with the portal of state and municipal services (www.uslugi.tatar.ru).
148 medical institutions, 36 thousand medical workers are being involved in the project implementation.
Tatarstan President positively estimated prospects of “Electronic health care in the Republic of Tatarstan” system.
On 13 April in his congratulatory address on the occasion of the Maecenas and Benefactor Day, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated residents of the republic with the event and wrote: "Tatarstan has always been known for its generous and kind-hearted people who are ready to help the needy and support important social, cultural and educational projects. We all remember with gratitude the outstanding philanthropists – the Akchurin brothers, the Alafuzovs, and the Ushkovs, whose good deeds and generous donations contributed to the development of culture, education, and healthcare in our republic. On 12 April in his address to residents of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin congratulated them with the Space Exploration Day and said: “April 12, 1961 has forever been inscribed into the world history as the day of triumph of the Soviet science and engineering thought. The flight of Yuriy Gagarin opened the way to the stars for the humankind and demonstrated to the whole world the might of our country.
On 4 April , speaking at a closing ceremony of the XX Russian Venture Forum held at the Kazan Expo Exhibition Center, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the Russian Venture Forum has confirmed its status of the point of attraction of technological development leaders.
The Forum created a unified scientific, technological and investment space where scientific ideas are transformed into competitive products, and startups gain access to capital and markets. Its business programme is organically integrated into the regional and federal agenda for achieving technological sovereignty and leadership of Russia, he said.
On 1 April Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Russian Minister of Healthcare Mikhail Murashko introduced Ayrat Farrakhov, who was appointed the Acting Rector of Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) to its staff.
In his speech Mikhail Murashko emphasized that today KSMU is rightfully considered one of the most respected in the country and said:”Ayrat (Zakievich) has been officially appointed the Acting Rector and I am sure that under his leadership the University will maintain the positions it has achieved and, of course, will continue its development.”
