12,498 multi-apartment houses with central heating systems to be prepared for heating season in Tatarstan

On August 31 Tatarstan Prime-Minister Ildar Khalikov held a regional meeting on implementation of programme of capital repair of multi-apartment houses, commissioning of housing, and preparation for heating season.
The meeting was traditionally held in a video conference format with participation of all regional municipalities. Besides, the meeting was broadcast online (www.prav.tatarstan.ru).
Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin reported on results of safety inspections. As of August 28, 2013 Tatarstan State Housing Inspection carried out 1,805 inspections in 41 municipalities. By and large, 23 cases of violation of safety measures were revealed in eight municipalities.
Speaking about preparation for heating season 2013/2014, it was reported that 12,498 multi-apartment houses with central heating systems are planned to be prepared.
As of August 29, 2013, 3,479 (95%) of 3,646 social objects, 1,597 (99%) of 1,618 healthcare objects and 1,848 (93%) of 1,982 educational objects are ready for the heating season.
Irek Faizullin said that 2,585 (93%) of 2,768 boiler rooms and 2,866 (96%) of 2,984 km of heating networks were prepared.
Speaking about implementation of the programme on prevention of law violations in Tatarstan for 2011-2014, it was reported that construction of corporate housing for police commissioners is underway in Tatarstan. By and large, 82 houses are to be built for police commissioners in 39 municipal regions.
It was reported, that 21 houses in 21 municipalities are under construction at the expense of Tatarstan Presidential State Housing Foundation.
Construction of 20 houses in 18 municipalities is underway at the regional budget expense and 41 houses in 38 municipal districts are being built at own expenses of Tatarstan municipalities.
As of today, 2 municipal districts have not yet started construction of houses for police commissioners. Executive Committee of Zelenodolsk municipal district is going to provide housing on the 1st floor of a multi-apartment house. The contractor and investor of construction works were changed in Chistopol district.

On 24 April in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin held a joint meeting the Council for Enforcement of Legislation of Languages of Tatarstan and the organizational committee for celebrations of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay which summarized results of work of the regional law enforcement on official languages of the republic and considered progress of the implementation of the plan of main events for preparation and celebration of the 140th birthday of Gabdulla Tukay .
On 21 April, speaking at a briefing in the Government House of the republic, the Head of the Russian Federal Tax Service for Tatarstan Marat Safiullin said that slightly more than one week is left to file an income tax return for 2025 with the tax service. According to the results of the tax campaign 5.5.bn rubles should come to the regional budget, he said and informed who should submit declarations and who is entitled to benefits.
