Dear veterans of the industry!
On behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan and myself I congratulate you on your professional holiday – the Day of oil and gas industry workers!
As the basis of our country’s well-being, guarantor of energy security and further development, oil and gas enterprises play a key role in the domestic economy.
For Tatarstan it is a budget-forming industry of the regional economy. Your effective and constructive labour helps to successfully implement social projects aimed at increasing living standards of our citizens.
This year we celebrate the Day of oil and gas industry workers and the 70th anniversary of industrial development of oil fields in Tatarstan, and 60th anniversary of Tatarstan oil capital– Almetievsk.
I would like to express my special respect and thanks to the veterans of the industry, who stood at the origins of oil and gas industry, for their contribution to development of the regional economy. You provided the basis for sustainable and rapid social-economic development of Tatarstan.
New generations of oil and gas workers increase your good practices.
Today, the industry faces new challenges on developing raw materials base, improvement of production activity. I am sure that they will be solved successfully.
Expressing my words of gratitude to all oil and gas industry workers for your labour, I wish you good health, family welfare, new professional achievements for the good of Tatarsan and Russia.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
