Capital overhaul of cultural and cultural facilities is going on in Tatarstan and the capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses has been completed by 84 per cent

On 29 July, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin in the videoconference format with all municipal regions of the republic, the regional Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector Aleksey Frolov reported about the capital overhaul of cultural and social facilities and multi-apartment houses carried out by regional and federal programmes.

The Minister informed that the amount of work at 234 facilities in the education sphere is completed by 80 per cent at schools overhaul, 72 per cent – in kindergartens and school catering facilities.

Speaking about the healthcare facilities, he said at 149 of them under overhaul and construction by three programs the work has been done by 92 per cent.

The Deputy Minister also informed about work being done in overhaul of rural cultural facilities, in implementation of 5 youth policy programmes and 2 progrmmes in the sphere of ecology and environmental protection.

Then Aleksey Frolov reported about implementation of regional programmes of the Ports Ministry, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social protection and the Ministry of Forestry.

Informing about capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses, he said that 84 per cent of work has been completed, with overhaul going on at 507 houses.

At the meeting Aleksey Frolov also reported about utilities payment collection and arrears of enterprises and organizations for provided utilities and preparation to the coming heating season. He said that utility payments in June made 103.2 per cent which was by 1.8 per cent less than during the same months last year. However the average yearly level made 99.3 per cent which is by 0.4 per cent higher than last year.
