Less than one per cent is left till the completion of the multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme in Tatarstan

On 23 October, speaking at a meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov by video conference with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the Chairman of the State Council of the republic Farid Mukhametshin and the  regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the regional Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utilities Sector Marat Ayzatullin reported about the progress of the programmes of the capital overhaul of multi-apartment houses and social and cultural facilities in the republic.

He informed by 7 regional and federal programmes in the Education sphere, which included 234 facilities, the plan implementation makes 99 per cent, with the contractor having to finish just one kindergarten in Kazan.

He informed that 88 per cent of the three federal and regional programmes in the Healthcare sphere have been completed as well as 89 per cent of the 4 regional and federal programmes in the sphere of Culture.

The Minister also reported about implementation of federal and regional programmes in the spheres of Youth Policy, Environmental Protection and regional programmes of Ministries of Sports and Labour, Employment and Social Protection.

Marat Ayzatullin told that less than one per cent is left till the completion of the multi-apartment houses capital overhaul programme in Tatarstan, including 6 houses where there was complete replacement of elevators.

Reporting about utility payments collection, the Minister informed that in the whole it decreased by 5 per cent in current September compared to the same period last year and made 98.3 per cent.

He also told about the e- payments, which have reached 72.7 per cent from the total number of payments and about electricity and gas arrears of the housing and utilities sector organizations and readiness of facilities for the current heating season.
