Ildar Khalikov opens Sberbank mortgage loan centre in Naberezhnye Chelny

On September 18 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev, Head of Bank Tatarstan Rushan Sakhbiev took part in opening of Sberbank mortgage loan centre in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Services at the mortgage loan centre will be rendered by one-stop principle. Ildar Khalikov said that the event was very important for the town. There are special negotiation rooms and safe deposit boxes for comfortable conclusion of transactions, and the optimal scheme for submitting loan applications.
It was reported that for eight months 7092 housing loans for the total sum of 8.2 bln rubles were granted at Sberbank branches in Tatarstan.
Ildar Khalikov also visited the office of Housing Investment Company where work is also based on one-stop principle.

On 4 March at a briefing in the Government House of the republic Tatarstan Minister of Land and Property Relation Fanil Agliullin told about changes in land legislation enforced from 1 March of the current year. He said that they simplify a number of procedures for land plot owners including expanding the possibilities for land use and changing the rules for changing the category of a plot.
