24 September 2013, Tuesday
Dear friends!
From the bottom of my heart, I congratulate the army of many thousands of workers and professionals of our region on the Day of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan! Today, trade unions are the largest social organization, which protects social, economic, labour and employment rights and interests of workers.
Trade union organizations are truly strong, independent, reliable and responsible partners of the state. Sustainable social and economic development of our republic, creation of innovative economy, improvement of living and working conditions are our common and primary goals.
Socially important decisions are made through regular consultations between Government, trade unions and employers.
Regional trade unions quickly response to the most urgent problems in the sphere of labour and employment and offer solutions based on the worker’s interests.
Trade unions contribute to formation of civil society, without which the existence of a strong, economically developed and socially oriented state is impossible.
I wish all participants of the trade union movement further success in their noble work, happiness, good health, optimism and well-being!
