Names of the best arcade game developers will be announced in Kazan
On 1-4 March the final of All-Russia competition “Start the game” of the Presidents platform “Russia-the country of opportunities” will be held during the International Multi-sports Tournaments “The Games of the Future” in Kazan on 1-4 March. The competition will gather more than 400 best arcade game developers from 60 regions of Russia, as well as from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus and Lithuania who will take part in the final tests and demonstrate their games.
The competition finalists include 20 residents of Tatarstan from Kazan, Maberezhnyye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Nizhnekamsk and Innopolis, and giving his comments, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov said: “Tatarstan always supports innovative projects in arcade games development, including the All-Russia competition “Start the game” of the Presidents platform “Russia-the country of opportunities”. Our republic actively invests into development of arcade games industry and creates favourable environment for cooperation between developers and investors and for implementation of creative potential and professional growth of the game developers.”
The All-Russia competition “Start the game” is being implemented within the framework of the federal projects “Social lifts for everyone” within the National Project of Education.
