Capital repair programme updated in Tatarstan

On September 28 at a weekly meeting held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, First Deputy Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Farid Khanifov reported that capital repair programme for 2013 was updated in Tatarstan.

Farid Khanifov noted that since September 13 the access to the Housing fund monitoring information system had been provided for municipalities to update the capital repair programme. The savings are expected to be used for repair of 19 multi-apartment houses. The total number of houses will make 842. The programme limit will be reduced by 3.3 mln roubles and make 4 bln 706 mln roubles.

For now, the total amount of capital repair works has made 4 bln 632 mln roubles, which is 98% of the year limit.

Farid Khanifov said the additional capital repair programme for 2013 was approved by the order of the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers. The amount of programme funding makes 72.1 mln roubles. It was reported that 2 municipalities, which makes 82 multi-apartment houses with a total area of 500 thousand square meters, take part in the additional capital repair programme.

As of today, 280.6 of 286.2 km of gas pipelines (98%) have  been laid by the Gasifying fund under the programme “Clean water”.

All 75 medical and obstetrical stations have been put into operation under the programme of construction and repair of health care institutions. Two postmortem departments (Bavly and Tetyushi) are still under construction.

Farid Khanifov also reported on the progress of construction of corporate housing for police workers within the framework of the complex crime prevention programme for 2011-2014 in Tatarstan. By and large, 82 houses in 39 municipalities will be built in the region under the programme. The construction of 21 houses in 21 municipalities is financed by Tatarstan State Housing Fund and 20 houses in 18 municipalities are being constructed using the regional budget funds.
