Tatarstan President meets with Director General of Yokogawa Electric Corporation

On October 1, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President and Yokogawa Electric Corporation Board Chairman and Director General Mr Shuzo Kaihori discussed the issues of current and prospects of further cooperation between Tatarstan enterprises and Yokogawa Electric Corporation.

To the point, Yokogawa Electric provides solutions in the sphere automation of electrical equipment for oil-refining and petrochemical enterprises.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that a number of the largest Tatarstan companies are successfully cooperating with the Japanese corporation. Yokogawa Electric laboratory is working at Tupolev Kazan State Technical University.

Vice-Premier – Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Aide to Tatarstan President Rinat Sabirov, Director General of OAO “Tatneftekhiminvest Holding” Rafinat Yarullin, Rector of Tupolev Kazan State Technical University German Dyakonov took part in the meeting.
