First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Boris Pavlov took part in the International Scientific and Technical Conference in Moscow

Today First Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Boris Pavlov spoke at the International Scientific and Technical Conference dedicated to 100th anniversary of Vladimir Kotelnikov.
The Conference took place in the big assembly hall of Moscow Energy Institute (MEI).
Speaking at the meeting Boris Pavlov congratulated the participants of the Conference on the important event on behalf of the RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov. He noted that the people of Tatarstan are proud of their outstanding compatriot Vladimir Kotelnikov, who had made important contribution to the development of such branches of national science as radio engineering, electronic engineering, radio astronomy. He also made considerable contribution to education.
S. E. Savitsky, Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, A. S. Chebotarev, Director General of the Special Engineering Department of the Moscow Energy Institute, U. M. Kononov, Vice-admiral of the Communication Department of the Navy, academicians of the Russain Academy of Science U. V. Gulyaev, B. E. Chertok, U. N. Pariysky, N. S. Kardashov and N. N. Udalov, Director of the Radio Electronics Institute of MEI are also took part in the Conference.
First Deputy Prime Minister noted that numerous research scientific works of Vladimir Kotelnikov are widely used at industrial enterprises of the republic. These works also contributed to the development of highly qualified technical specialists training and to the social and economic progress of Tatarstan.
The theory of potential noise stability worked out by Vladimir Kotelnikov have been successfully developing in Kazan State Technical University. Kotelnikov also worked on the development of meteor radio location school at Kazan State University.
On 9 June upon his arrival to the Kazan International Airport, the Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov was welcomed by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin.
In Kazan Sergey Lavrov will take part in a meeting of the Council of Ministers for Foreign Affairs of State-Participants of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
On 5 May, speaking at a regular meeting held by the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in the Government House of the republic with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin informed that currently 63 school catering units are under repairs with the amount of work completed reaching 15 per cent.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
