Konstantin Tsitsin: “Tatarstan is one of the best Russian regions in realisation of the 185th Federal Law”

On October 2 at a session of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy chaired by Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Director of the Housing and Communal Reform Fund Konstantin Tsitsin said that Tatarstan demonstrates one of the best practices in realisation of the 185th Federal Law.
Ildar Khalikov thanked Konstantin Tsitsin for opportunities given to Tatarstan in the sphere of housing and communal services. He said that capital repair of multi-apartment houses brought economic and social benefits.
Among current tasks Ildar Khalikov pointed out establishment of a regional fund of capital repair and realisation of the programme on relocating citizens from failing housing stock.
Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin informed that Tatarstan received 11,423 bln rubles during the period of the Fund’s work. He also focused on problems faced by the industry, in particular, depreciation of utility networks.
Konstantin Tsitsin noted large scale of the programme of capital repair and relocation of citizens from failing housing stock.
Tatarstan experience in funding capital repair programme with attraction of citizens’ funds was quite efficient, and it is meant to be used throughout the country.
Summing up, Konstantin Tsitsin presented a document that confirms allocation of the first tranche of funds for the programme implementation in 2014.
Ildar Khalikov thanked Konstantin Tsitsin for active cooperation and expressed hope for further efficient work.
On May 26, speaking at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic held in a videoconference mode with participation of all municipal regions of Tatarstan and focused on events scheduled for June 1, International Children’s Day, as well as the implementation of the “Summer in Tatarstan” programme, Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Leyla Fazleeva appealed that parents should closely supervise their children during recreational activities near water in order to prevent accidents.
On 18 May ay the CIPR conference in Nizhniy Nogorod the Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, the Rector of the Innopolis University Aleksandr Gasnikpov and the Vice-rector of the University Yevgeny Bobrov will take part at round tables session of the conference.
Experts will discuss the role of Tatarstan and Innopolis as one of the key technological centers of the country and how regional innovative platforms help to solve tasks of the whole Russian industry. A special emphasis will be placed on the digital transformation of the oil and gas sector and how large clusters and scientific and technological centers are becoming drivers of industry change.
On 16 May, speaking at a meeting in the Government House of the republic held by the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and all municipalities taking part in it via videoconference, the Minister of Agriculture and Food of the republic Marat Zyabbarov reported that the sowing of spring crops is in full swing in the republic with 1m 38 thousand hectares or 61 per cent of the planned have been sown.
On May 14, on the sidelines of the XVII International Economic Forum “Russia-the Islamic World: KazanForum”, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and Head of the Federal Service for Accreditation Dmitry Volvach signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation in the development of the halal industry.
