Main capital repair works completed in Tatarstan

At today’s video conference meeting chaired by Tatatsrat President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House it was reported that main capital repair works of multi-apartment houses and schools in 2013 were completed in Tatarstan.

Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy Irek Faizullin reported about realization of some major construction programmes in Tatarstan. As of October, 10 the total amount of works related to capital repair of multi-apartment houses made 4.679 bln rubles, which is 99.4 % of the year limit. The capital repair of 817 houses has been completed with 576 houses accepted by the State housing inspection and 241 houses to be approved by the commission.

Speaking about the next year’s programme, Irek Faizullin asked some municipalities to complete cadastral registration of multi-apartment houses, which is the obligatory condition for participation of regions in the capital repair programme for 2014.

As for the program of capital repair of schools, main works at all 160 comprehensive schools and 7 special schools have been completed.

Irek Faizullin also reported that the programme of capital repair of schools for the next year is in the stage of approval. It is expected to repair 160 schools, including 152 municipal and 8 special schools.
